(a)References to USA PATRIOT Act A reference in this Act to the USA PATRIOT Act shall be deemed a reference to the Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act (USA PATRIOT Act) of 2001. ###
(b)Modification of Short Title of USA PATRIOT Act Section 1(a) of the USA PATRIOT Act is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(a) Short Title > > This Act may be cited as the ‘Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001’ or the ‘USA PATRIOT Act’.” > .
