## SEC. 154 REPORT ON PERSONNEL OF SOVIET STATE TRADING ENTERPRISES Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the Congress a report discussing whether the number of personnel of Soviet state trading enterprises in the United States should be reduced.
