## SEC. 658R SEVERABILITY If any provision of this subchapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of applications of this subchapter which can be given effect without regard to the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this subchapter shall be severable. **[**[42 U.S.C. 9858p](/us/usc/t42/s9858p)**]**
