## SEC. 639 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter (other than section 657B) $7,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2008, $7,650,000,000 for fiscal year 2009, $7,995,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2011 and 2012. **[**[42 U.S.C. 9834](/us/usc/t42/s9834)**]**
