## Sec. 1160 labor authorization There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982, not to exceed $25,000,000 for the payment of allowances, expenses, and costs that protected employees are entitled to receive under any provision of title V of the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 as in effect on the day before the effective date of this subtitle. **[**Section 1161 repealed by section 4033(c)(1)(C)(i)(II) of Public Law 99–509 (100 Stat. 1908).**]**
