## SEC. 315 DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS **[**[42 U.S.C. 11345](/us/usc/t42/s11345)**]** Any amount made available by appropriation Acts under this title shall be disbursed by the National Board before the expiration of the 3-month period beginning on the date on which such amount becomes available.
