## SEC. 702 IDENTIFICATION OF FACILITIES TO INCARCERATE DEPORTABLE OR EXCLUDABLE ALIENS The President shall require the Secretary of Defense, in cooperation with the Attorney General and by not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, to provide to the Attorney General a list of facilities of the Department of Defense that could be made available to the Bureau of Prisons for use in incarcerating aliens who are subject to exclusion or deportation from the United States.
