## SEC. 406 REPORT ON IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall prepare and transmit to the Congress a report describing the type of equipment, physical structures, and personnel resources required to improve the capabilities of the Immigration and Naturalization Service so that it can adequately carry out services and enforcement activities, including those required to carry out the amendments made by this Act.
