## SEC. 554 ENFORCEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION ORGANIZATION STANDARDS The Secretary of State and the Secretary of Transportation, jointly, shall call on the member countries of the International Civil Aviation Organization to enforce that Organization's existing standards and to support United States actions enforcing such standards.
