## Sec. 111 prohibition against the federal control of education **[**[20 U.S.C. 3921](/us/usc/t20/s3921)**]** The provisions of section 432 of the General Education Provisions Act, relating to prohibition against Federal control of education, shall apply to each program and award authorized by this title.
