## SEC. 404 REPORT ON INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION CARGO RETURN CAPABILITY Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on potential alternative commercially-developed means for the capability for a soft-landing return on land from the ISS of— ####

(1)research samples or other derivative materials; and ####
