## Sec. 501 short title This title may be cited as the “Solar Energy and Energy Conservation Act of 1980”. **[**[12 U.S.C. 3601 note](/us/usc/t12/s3601)**]** **[**Subtitle A was repealed by section 912(i)(1) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 (P.L. 102–550).**]** ## subtitle B Utility Program **[**Sections 541 through 547 and section 550 of this subtitle amend sections 210, 213, 215, 216, and 220 of the National Energy Conservation Policy Act.**]**
