## SEC. 3019 WATER RIGHTS Nothing in this subtitle shall be construed to establish a reservation to the United States with respect to any water or water right on lands covered by section 3011. No provision of this subtitle shall be construed as authorizing the appropriation of water on lands covered by section 3011 by the United States after the date of the enactment of this Act, except in accordance with the law of the State in which such lands are located. This section shall not be construed to affect water rights acquired by the United States before the date of the enactment of this Act.
