## SEC. 3013 TERMINATION OF WITHDRAWALS IN MILITARY LANDS WITHDRAWAL ACT OF 1986 Except as otherwise provided in this title, the withdrawals made by the Military Lands Withdrawal Act of 1986 (Public Law 99-606) shall terminate after November 6, 2001.
