## SEC. 1137 AUTHORITY RELATING TO MTCR ADHERENTS Chapter 7 of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2797 et seq.) is amended by inserting after section 73A the following new section: > > ## “SEC. 73B AUTHORITY RELATING TO MTCR ADHERENTS > > “Notwithstanding section 73(b), the President may take the actions under section 73(a)(2) under the circumstances described in section 74(b)(2).” > .
