## SEC. 3679 MEDICAL BENEFITS **[**[42 U.S.C. 7385s–8](/us/usc/t42/s7385s–8)**]** A covered DOE contractor employee shall be furnished medical benefits specified in section 3629 for the covered illness to the same extent, and under the same conditions and limitations, as an individual eligible for medical benefits under that section is furnished medical benefits under that section.
