## SEC. 1401 PRESERVATION OF TITLE TO SUNKEN MILITARY CRAFT AND ASSOCIATED CONTENTS **[**[10 U.S.C. 113 note](/us/usc/t10/s113)**]** Right, title, and interest of the United States in and to any United States sunken military craft— ####
(1)shall not be extinguished except by an express divestiture of title by the United States; and ####
(2)shall not be extinguished by the passage of time, regardless of when the sunken military craft sank.
