## Sec. 111 EFFECT ON EXISTING RIGHTS **[**[25 U.S.C. 5332](/us/usc/t25/s5332)**]** Nothing in this Act shall be construed as— ####
(1)affecting, modifying, diminishing, or otherwise impairing the sovereign immunity from suit enjoyed by an Indian tribe; or ####
