(a)Short Title This Act may be cited as the “Dignified Burial and Other Veterans’ Benefits Improvement Act of 2012”. ###

Improved communication between Department of Veterans Affairs and medical examiners and funeral directors. Sec. 104. Identification and burial of unclaimed or abandoned human remains. Sec. 105. Exclusion of persons convicted of committing certain sex offenses from interment or memorialization in national cemeteries, Arlington National Cemetery, and certain State veterans’ cemeteries and from receiving certain funeral honors.
