## SEC. 639 MEDICARE ADVANTAGE CODING INTENSITY ADJUSTMENT Section 1853(a)(1)(C)(ii)(III) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395w-23(a)(1)(C)(ii)(III)) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “1.3 percentage points” and inserting “1.5 percentage points”; and ####

(2)by striking “5.7 percent” and inserting “5.9 percent”.
