## SEC. 298 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS ###
(a)In General There are authorized to be appropriated and there are appropriated to the Department of Agriculture not to exceed $90,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2003 through 2007 to carry out the purposes of this chapter, and there are authorized to be appropriated and there are appropriated to the Department of Agriculture to carry out this chapter $9,000,000 for the 3-month period beginning on October 1, 200718. 18Paragraph
(6)of section 406(a) of Public Law 114–27 provides that section 298(a) of the Trade Act of 1974 shall be applied and administered by substituting “the 1-year period beginning on July 1, 2021” for “each of the fiscal years” and all that follows through “October 1, 2007”. ###
