## Sec. 1413 contrary stipulation void **[**[15 U.S.C. 1712](/us/usc/t15/s1712)**]** Any condition, stipulation, or provision binding any person acquiring any lot in a subdivision to waive compliance with any provision of this title of the rules and regulations of the Director shall be void.
