## SEC. 922 TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO REFLECT CHANGE IN NAME OF NATIONAL DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE COLLEGE TO NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE UNIVERSITY ###
(a)Conforming Amendments To Reflect Name Change Section 2161 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “National Defense Intelligence College” each place it appears and inserting “National Intelligence University”. ###
(b)Clerical Amendments ####
(1)Section heading The heading of such section is amended to read as follows: > > ## “SEC. 2161 Degree granting authority for National Intelligence University” > . ####
(2)Table of sections The item related to such section in the table of sections at the beginning of chapter 108 of such title is amended to read as follows:" “2161. Degree granting authority for National Intelligence University.” ".
