## SEC. 841 EXTENSION AND EXPANSION OF AUTHORITY TO ACQUIRE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PRODUCED IN COUNTRIES ALONG A MAJOR ROUTE OF SUPPLY TO AFGHANISTAN ###
(a)Extension of Termination Date Subsection
(f)of section 801 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 111-84; 123 Stat. 2399) is amended by striking “on or after the date occurring three years after the date of the enactment of this Act” and inserting “after December 31, 2014”. ###
(b)Expansion of Authority To Cover Forces of the United States and Coalition Forces Subsection (b)(1) of such section is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (B), by striking “or” at the end; ####
(2)in subparagraph (C), by adding “or” at the end; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(D) > > by the United States or coalition forces in Afghanistan if the product or service is from a country that has agreed to allow the transport of coalition personnel, equipment, and supplies;” > . ###
(c)Repeal of Expired Report Requirement Subsection
(g)of such section is repealed. ###
(d)Clerical Amendment The heading of such section is amended by striking “; report”.
