## SEC. 822 EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY FOR USE OF SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES FOR CERTAIN COMMERCIAL ITEMS ###
(a)Extension Effective as of January 1, 2012, section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 (division D of Public Law 104-106; 110 Stat. 652; 10 U.S.C. 2304 note) is amended in subsection
(e)by striking “2012” and inserting “2015”. ###
(b)Technical Amendment to Cross References Subsection
(e)of such section is further amended by striking “section 303(g)(1) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, and section 31(a) of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act, as amended by this section,” and inserting “section 3305(a) of title 41, United States Code, and section 1901(a) of title 41, United States Code,”.
