## SEC. 353 LIMITATION ON AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated for Operation and Maintenance for fiscal year 2013, not more than $5,000,000 shall be made available for the National Museum of the United States Army until the Secretary of the Army submits to the congressional defense committees certification in writing that sufficient private funding has been raised to fund the construction of the portion of the museum known as the “Baseline Museum” and that at least 50 percent of the Baseline Museum has been completed.
