## SEC. 3506 TRANSFER OF VESSELS TO THE NATIONAL DEFENSE RESERVE FLEET Section 57101 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(c) Authority of Federal Entities To Transfer Vessels > > All Federal entities are authorized to transfer vessels to the National Defense Reserve Fleet without reimbursement subject to the approval of the Secretary of Transportation and the Secretary of the Navy with respect to Ready Reserve Force vessels and the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all other vessels.” > .
