## SEC. 3502 APPLICATION OF THE FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION **[**[16 U.S.C. 5405 note](/us/usc/t16/s5405)**]** Section 3502(b) of the Floyd D. Spence National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2001, as enacted into law by Public Law 106-398 (114 Stat. 1654A-490), is amended by striking “the enactment of this Act” and inserting “contract award”.
