## SEC. 2811 CLARIFICATION OF PARTIES WITH WHOM DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE MAY CONDUCT EXCHANGES OF REAL PROPERTY AT CERTAIN MILITARY INSTALLATIONS Section 2869(a)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “any eligible entity” and inserting “any person”; ####
(2)by striking “the entity” and inserting “the person”; and ####
(3)by striking “their control” and inserting “the person’s control”.
