## SEC. 251 ELIGIBILITY FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE LABORATORIES TO ENTER INTO EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS OF THE UNITED STATES ###
(a)Eligibility of Institutions in Territories and Possessions Section 2194(f) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) > > The term ‘United States’ includes the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and any other territory or possession of the United States.” > . ###
(b)Technical Amendment Paragraph
(2)of such section is amended by inserting “(20 U.S.C. 7801)” before the period.
