## SEC. 2108 LIMITATION ON PROJECT AUTHORIZATION TO CARRY OUT CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2013 PROJECT The Secretary of the Army may not obligate or expend any funds authorized in this title for the construction of a cadet barracks at the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, until the Secretary of the Army— ####
(1)submits to the congressional defense committees, as part of the future-years defense program submitted to Congress during 2013 under section 221 of title 10, United States Code, a plan showing programmed investments to renovate existing cadet barracks at the United States Military Academy; and ####
(2)certifies to the congressional defense committees that the Secretary has entered into a contract for the renovation of Scott Barracks at the United States Military Academy. # TITLE XXII NAVY MILITARY CONSTRUCTION
