## SEC. 1412 ADDITIONAL SECURITY OF STRATEGIC MATERIALS SUPPLY CHAINS Section 2(b) of the Strategic and Critical Materials Stock Piling Act (50 U.S.C. 98a(b)) is amended by inserting “or a single point of failure” after “foreign sources”.
