## SEC. 127 REPORT ON LITTORAL COMBAT SHIP DESIGNS Not later than December 31, 2013, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the designs of the Littoral Combat Ship, including comparative cost and performance information for both designs of such ship.
