## SEC. 1254 APPLICABILITY TO CERTAIN NATURAL GAS PROJECTS **[**[22 U.S.C. 8810](/us/usc/t22/s8810)**]** Nothing in this subtitle or the amendments made by this subtitle shall apply with respect to any activity relating to a project described in subsection
(a)of section 603 of the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012 (22 U.S.C. 8783) to which the exception under that section applies at the time of the activity.
