## SEC. 121 EXTENSION OF FORD CLASS AIRCRAFT CARRIER CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY Section 121(a) of the John Warner National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2007 (Public Law 109-364; 120 Stat. 2104), as amended by section 124 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Public Law 112-81; 125 Stat. 1320), is amended by striking “four fiscal years” and inserting “five fiscal years”.
