## Sec. 6 conforming amendments ###
(a)Section 19(d)(1) of title 3 of the United States Code is hereby amended by striking out the period at the end thereof and inserting a comma and the following: “Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.” **[**(b) **[**Repealed.**]** 4 4Section 10(b), of Pub. L. 90–83, 81 Stat. 195, 233, approved Sept. 11, 1967, repealed this subsection, which amended section 158 of the Revised Statutes to include the Department of Housing and Urban Development. However, in section 10(b) of the Department of Transportation Act, Pub. L. 89–670, 80 Stat. 931, 948, approved October 15, 1966, the Department of Housing and Urban Development was included in the recodified section 101 of title 5, United States Code.**]** ###
(c)The amendment made by subsection
(b)of this section shall not be construed to make applicable to the Department any provision of law inconsistent with this Act.
