## SEC. 307 RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER HOMEOWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES **[**[42 U.S.C. 1437aaa–6](/us/usc/t42/s1437aaa–6)**]** The program authorized under this title shall be in addition to any other public housing homeownership and management opportunities, including opportunities under section 5(h)85 of this Act. 85Section 518(a) of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998, title V of Public Law 105–276, approved Ocotber 21, 1998, struck section 5(h) of the United States Housing Act of 1937. Subsection (a)(2)(C) of such section 518 amended this section by striking “section 5(h) and”. The amendment could not be executed as written.
