## Sec. 9 applicability **[**[12 U.S.C. 1706d](/us/usc/t12/s1706d)**]** The provisions of sections 2 and 8 shall be applicable in the several States and Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia, Guam, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, American Samoa, and the Virgin Islands.
