## Sec. 808 **[**[12 U.S.C. 1748g](/us/usc/t12/s1748g)**]** Except in the case of mortgages on multifamily rental housing projects insured under section 810, the cost certification required under section 227 of this Act shall not be required with respect to mortgages insured under the provisions of this title as amended by the Housing Amendments of 1955.139 139Section 4 of Pub. L. 216, 84th Congress, 69 Stat. 448, approved August 3, 1955, amended the Renegotiation Act of 1951 to provide for renegotiation of any contract awarded for the construction of housing financed with a mortgage or mortgages insured under the provisions of title VIII, as amended.
