## SEC. 126 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[33 U.S.C. 1976](/us/usc/t33/s1976)**]** Of the amounts authorized under section 118(a), the Secretary of Commerce shall use up to $1,000,000 to carry out this subtitle.
