## SEC. 119 TERMINATION OF AUTHORITY **[**[33 U.S.C. 1969](/us/usc/t33/s1969)**]** The authority of the Foundation under this subtitle shall terminate on the date that is 10 years after the establishment of the Foundation, unless the Foundation is reauthorized by an Act of Congress. ## Subtitle C Genius Prize for Save Our Seas Innovations
