(a)Assessment The Comptroller General of the United States shall monitor and assess the implementation by the Secretary of the provisions of this Act. ###
(b)Report Before the expiration of the 18-month period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act **[**Jan. 8, 1988**]**, the Comptroller General shall submit to the Committee on Education and Labor7–1 and the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report of the findings of the assessment conducted as required by subsection (a). 7–1So in original. Probably should be “Committee on Education and the Workforce”.
