## Sec. 9 NONPROFIT PROGRAMS **[**[42 U.S.C. 1778](/us/usc/t42/s1778)**]** The food and milk service programs in schools and nonprofit institutions receiving assistance under this Act shall be conducted on a nonprofit basis.
