## SEC. 265 COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION REIMBURSEMENT Out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the Secretary of the Treasury shall use such sums as may be necessary to reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for net realized losses sustained, but not previously reimbursed, under this title.
