## SEC. 226 ETHANOL RESEARCH PILOT PLANT Of the amount made available under section 261(a)(2), the Secretary shall use $14,000,000 to provide a grant to the State of Illinois to complete the construction of a corn-based ethanol research pilot plant (Agreement No. 59–3601–7–078) at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, Illinois.
