## SEC. 224 RESEARCH ON WASTE STREAMS FROM LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION Of the amount made available under section 261(a)(2), the Secretary shall use $3,500,000 to expand current research related to technologies for— ####

(1)reducing, modifying, recycling, and using waste streams from livestock production; and ####

(2)eliminating associated air, water, and soil quality problems.
