## SEC. 215 BOVINE TUBERCULOSIS ERADICATION In addition to funds made available under section 106 of the Miscellaneous Appropriations Act, 2001 (114 Stat. 2763, 2763A–173), the Secretary shall use not more than $15,000,000 of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation to make payments to agricultural producers for incidental costs incurred by the producers as a result of payments received under that section.
