## SEC. 208 WEATHER-RELATED LOSSES The Secretary shall use not more than $60,000,000 of funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation to provide assistance to sugar beet producers that suffered production losses (including quality losses), as determined by the Secretary, for either the 2001 crop year or the 2002 crop year, but not both, as elected by the producers.
