## SEC. 5.38 POWER TO REMOVE DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS **[**[12 U.S.C. 2274](/us/usc/t12/s2274)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, a Farm Credit Bank board, officer, or employee shall not remove any director or officer of any association. ### Part D Miscellaneous
