## SEC. 3.23 CONSOLIDATION OF FUNCTIONS **[**[12 U.S.C. 2144](/us/usc/t12/s2144)**]** Subject to section 3.22, to the greatest extent practicable, the functions of the consolidated bank shall be consolidated in the central office of the bank.
